Eastern Atlantic Tropical Wave May Develop; Nesat Headed for Taiwan

A tropical wave located in the Eastern Atlantic about 400 miles southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands has a 30% chance of developing into a tropical depression early next week. Tropical Storm Nesat is expected to hit Taiwan Saturday morning (U.S. EDT time) as a Category 1 typhoon.
