* At 802 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain in the warned area.

Flash flooding... expected.

Estimated rainfall... up to 2 to 2.5 inches.

Additional rainfall... up to 1 to 2 inches.

Zoar... Atwood Lake...

affect western Carroll and northeastern Tuscarawas counties...

At 828 PM EDT, a shower was located over Strasburg, or near Dover,
moving east at 30 mph.

Wind gusts up to 45 mph are possible with this shower.

Torrential rainfall also is occurring with this shower and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
