Statement as of 3:24 am EST on February 20, 2018

... Flood Watch remains in effect through Wednesday afternoon...

The Flood Watch continues for

* a portion of Northwest Ohio, including the following area,
Lucas.

* Through Wednesday afternoon

* showers and possible thunderstorms will be less numerous today
but any additional rainfall may cause added flooding problems.
More widespread moderate to heavy rain is expected later tonight
into early Wednesday and is likely to cause flooding problems.

* Excessive rainfall may lead to flooding of streams, creeks,
low lying spots, and poor drainage areas especially in urban
locations. Those near streams and rivers should be especially
cautious as streams and rivers can rise quickly.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flood Watch is issued when there is a potential for flooding.
Monitor the forecast and remain alert for possible flood
